Despite getting 3 quotes for plantation shutters we knew we would be engaging West Country Shutters before they even advised what their costs would be. Duncan is extremely professional and personable, took plenty of time to explain our options and was very thorough with his presentation. On installation day, Duncan and his fitter, Steve were absolutely meticulous and we now have very beautiful shutters on our ground floor windows.
